Todd Walton doesn't build things to impress people. He builds things that work, that last, and that multiply. He has been doing it for over twenty years.
He started in corporate America, cutting his teeth at Nielsen and building operational systems before most people understood what "systems thinking" meant. By 2008, he had launched The Hip Hop Democrat, a media platform that would go on to reach over 25 billion impressions and become one of the longest-running independent voices in hip-hop and politics.
He spent 13 years alongside Reverend Jesse Jackson at Rainbow PUSH Coalition, learning how power moves, how coalitions form, and how to build bridges that hold weight. He served on the board of Donda's House (now Art of Culture), advised Dr. Mae Jemison's foundation for nearly a decade, and embedded himself in Chicago's civic infrastructure.
Today, he operates as Director of Experts at The Desire Company, managing a community of over 2,200 verified experts across 200+ annual projects for the world's largest brands. Simultaneously, he runs Project Baseline, his consulting entity serving nonprofits and cultural institutions. He advises two organizations, builds with a 105-agent AI ecosystem, and is developing the Kingdom Build Framework to teach others how to architect sustainable, purpose-driven ventures.
His work spans continents, having spent significant time in Ghana and across West Africa, bridging diaspora communities and building cross-border relationships that go deeper than business.
